An API number gives one well's monthly history. A county alone returns the most recent reported months across many wells, capped at 500 rows.

Texas appraisal-district mineral accounts as carried by Enverus. "Owner sheet" export uses the Owner ID / Name / In Care Of / address / interest / legal / title-status layout.

Claude reads every attached page and may search public sources (appraisal district, Railroad Commission, obituaries). A search takes one to three minutes. The result is a working worksheet, not a title opinion.

Save an area and every night we check Enverus for new drilling permits and rigs moving on location inside it. When something new appears, you get an email.

Tip: drop a pin on the dossier map first, then press "Watch this area" there — it fills this in for you. Without a pin, the whole county is watched.
